“It took me nearly 3 years of research and going on then off the idea before i decided (1) i’m worth spending the money on and (2) it was chris who i wanted to be my surgeon after a friend had the same surgeon and procedure and said she’s never looked back. I am lucky enough to have a high pain threshold so only required paracetamol post op and was back at work on the monday (surgery friday) and back to the gym within 10 days. The results of the op are as i’d hoped – i no longer have a belly i can pick up and my abs are amazing. I’m 5 month post op now and have had no adverse effects and working on reducing the scar using bio oil. I am really glad i had it done.
